Shipping & Returns
We cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods must be within 15 days of purchase.
Whilst we will always try to maintain our stock at suitable levels, we do sometimes run out of stock of some products. In this case you will be emailed and informed of the expected delay.
At the time of ordering, it is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage during delivery or arising from a late delivery, as this is handled by USPS or the Los Angeles Port (if international).
Orders will be processed on a daily basis, although delivery can take up to 14 days.
We always do our best to provide products on time to our customers. In the event that delivery is delayed you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged after delivery has taken place.
If your products have not arrived after 14 days from making your purchase, please let us know so that we try to follow it up with USPS or the Los Angeles Port (If International) on your behalf. We will always endeavor to follow up any missing or lost parcels on your behalf and do everything in our power to rectify the situation.
Method of Refunds
Complexsion will issue a refund to your PayPal account or the credit card that you used for ordering with the original purchase amount minus 15% or 25% restocking fee, if applicable.
Return & Exchange Policy
Complexsion offers a money back guarantee on the authenticity of every product we sell; we only sell genuine products purchased straight from the manufacturer or from an authorized distributor.
Product warranties are held with the manufacturers.
Complexsion will not exchange or refund goods unless they were damaged or faulty when purchased.
Opened Products and Allergic Reactions
There will be a 25% administrative processing fee calculated against the total cost of all opened products being returned including those being returned due to an allergic reaction with any product we sell on our website.
Our Web site contains the list of ingredients for every product, so it is your responsibility to printout the product specifications so that you may present them to your medical doctor for advice, warnings and guidance dependent on your individual needs. We do not employ anyone on staff qualified to give out medical advice and therefore are not responsible for unexpected reactions brought upon the consumption of any and all products we sell.
