INGREDIENTS: Glycerin, cocos nucifera (coconut) oil, ricinus communis (castor) seed oil, sodium hydroxide, water, carthamus tinctorius (hybrid safflower) seed oil, sorbitol. Also contains natural oat flour.

Allergies to our products are not common. If you have been using a skincare line that contains synthetic ingredients before switching to our natural products, you may experience a ‘transition period’ in which the skin releases impurities that have built up from the use of these ingredients over time. These reactions are also uncommon, but if the reaction is severe, of course, please stop using the product.

Processing Orders: All orders process and ship within 3 business days from order placement! If your order has not shipped for 3 business days, please contact us at info@complexsion.com and we will do our best to ship it as soon as possible.
Shipping: We ship all our items using USPS. We give three different shipping options: First Class Package, Priority Mail, and Priority Express. If you are need of one our products asap, then we suggest you choose our Priority Mail or Priority Express options, but if not, enjoy our free shipping through First Class Package.
Out of stock items: If a product you purchased is out of stock temporarily, we will hold any additional item(s) purchased until all products are in stock and ready to ship. If this happens, we'll notify you by email.

Postal Service: After a package has left our facility, we are no longer responsible for the package. We encourage you to purchase the optional shipping insurance if you are concerned at all about your package going missing. Tracking says it's been delivered: It's common for carriers to scan a package as delivered before they actually deliver it. Give it 2 days or so to show up in your mailbox before contacting USPS. If 2-3 days has passed and you still haven't received your package, here's a tip that we've found works best: print out the tracking information, write a note to your local carrier and stick it in your mailbox. Let your carrier know you haven't received the package. This usually works better than calling customer service. If this doesn't work or you still haven't received your package, please contact your local USPS office for more information: 1 (800) 275-8777.
